As of May 17, more than 4,300 innovative ideas had been submitted, reflecting strong public interest and a proactive spirit in contributing to the national digital transformation effort. During the event, the organizing committee also honored individuals with outstanding contributions.
On the afternoon of May 17, the Department of Administrative Management under the Ministry of Public Security announced that, over the course of three days (from May 15 to May 17), a program calling for idea submissions to the “Data for Life – Season 3: Hack for Growth 2025” Idea Bank was held at Hanoi University of Science and Technology.

The program attracted a large number of students who actively contributed innovative ideas. Most of the submissions focused on the application of artificial intelligence (AI) to address pressing social issues such as education, healthcare, the environment, and support for vulnerable groups. In addition, there were numerous initiatives aimed at fostering innovation and applying technology across various essential areas of daily life.
According to the Department of Administrative Management under the Ministry of Public Security, by May 17, a total of 4,300 innovative ideas had been submitted. This demonstrates a strong level of public interest and proactive engagement in advancing the national digital transformation agenda. During the event, the organizing committee also honored individuals who had made outstanding contributions.

In the coming period, the campaign to collect ideas for the Idea Bank of the “Data for Life – Season 3: Hack for Growth 2025” competition will continue to be held at various locations, with the aim of encouraging widespread participation across the community.
NEW FEATURE IN 2025 – STARTING WITH THE “IDEA BANK”
Starting from May 1, the organizing committee has opened an online submission portal to receive ideas from the public. All citizens, organizations, and institutions are welcome to contribute their ideas. This is an opportunity for individuals to highlight “bottlenecks” in everyday life and help build a pool of practical, real-world challenges for the competition.
Those who submit outstanding ideas will receive immediate rewards:
Selected for the exhibition round – VND 500,000 per idea (20 teams);
Final round – VND 1,000,000 per idea (6 teams);
First prize – VND 2,000,000.
Participants are required to provide their contact information so the organizing committee can distribute prizes in accordance with the regulations.
